Horrible service. The first salesperson who answered ignored me and the second when I started asking for options, already dismissed the service saying that nothing was adequate without even showing a piece. To the owners: pay attention to the quality of the team.

Como não encontrei o que procurava em nenhuma outra loja, decidi dar uma segunda chance à Track & Field e dessa vez uma outra funcionária me ajudou. A gerente Renata também auxiliou no meu atendimento e me trouxe mais opções na mesma linha do que eu procurava. A Renata e vendedora que me atendeu dessa vez foram ótimas e me mostraram várias opções que eram exatamente o que eu buscava. Uma das peças que gostei não estava disponível no meu tamanho, e a gerente prontamente contatou outras lojas pra verificar a disponibilidade. Eu realizei o pagamento de todas as peças na loja mesmo e a loja me entregaria a peça da outra unidade no próximo dia útil, porém antes mesmo de eu chegar em casa em SP (sábado a noite) o produto já havia sido entregue no meu prédio. Apesar da experiência não ter sido boa de início, por fim o atendimento me surpreendeu e foi excepcional!
When I entered the store for the first time, the store was very busy and the attendant showed me no option to please. As I didn't find what I was looking for in any other store, I decided to give Track & Field a second chance and this time another employee helped me. The manager Renata also assisted in my service and brought me more options along the same lines as what I was looking for. Renata and the salesperson who attended me this time were great and showed me several options that were exactly what I was looking for. One of the pieces I liked was not available in my size, and the manager promptly contacted other stores to check availability. I paid for all the parts at the store and the store would deliver the part from the other unit on the next business day, but even before I got home in SP (Saturday night) the product had already been delivered to my building . Although the experience was not good at first, in the end the service surprised me and it was exceptional!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja vende peças com defeito e não informa ao cliente. Resultado: comprei uma camiseta e não poderei usar. Quanto ao preço, praticamente a mesma coisa de um shopping comum....
The store sells defective parts and does not inform the customer. Result: I bought a t-shirt and I won't be able to wear it. As for the price, pretty much the same as a regular mall....
