★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca vi um descaso tão grande com o cliente, comprei umas peças do motor yanmar, o pistão veio sem o pino, após perceber liguei pra reclamar e o vendedor falou que vendia apenas separado, ok comprei os pinos. Pedi o jogo de junta completo com retentores, veio sem o retentor traseiro e o dianteiro, após reclamar e voltar lá pela segunda vez falaram que não vinha o retentor no jogo de juntas que eu pedi completo e eles não tinham no estoque. E por último pedi os casquilhos 0,25 e chegou pra mim os casquilhos std.
Não recomendo nem pro meu pior inimigo.
I never saw such a neglect with the customer, I bought some parts of the yanmar engine, the piston came without the pin, after realizing I called to complain and the seller said that only sold separately, ok bought the pins. I ordered the complete gasket set with seals, came without the rear and the front seals, after complaining and going back there a second time said that there was no seals in the gasket set that I ordered complete and they did not have in stock. And lastly I asked for the 0.25 bushings and the std.
I don't even recommend it to my worst enemy.
