Fiz uma compra pelo Ifood, não recebi a comida e ainda foi insinuado que estava enganando.
Entregaram no endereço errado e ao reclamar meus direitos a alternativa que deram foi enviar o motoboy para confirmar se eu estava falando a verdade.

Terrible customer service :(
I made a purchase through Ifood, I didn't receive the food and it was even hinted that I was cheating.
They delivered it to the wrong address and when claiming my rights, the alternative they gave was to send the courier to confirm that I was telling the truth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 estrelas é pouco!! Para nós é o lanche mais PERFEITO de SP!!!! Sabor da carne, ponto da carne, o pão que graças a Deus não é de brioche, a maionese caseira, batata.. TUDOO é simplesmente PERFEITO!!
5 stars is not enough!! For us it's the most PERFECT snack in SP!!!! Meat flavor, meat seasoning, the bread that thank God is not brioche, homemade mayonnaise, potato.. EVERYTHING is just PERFECT!!

Tentei ligar e mandei diversas mensagens para o estabelecimento porém sem qualquer resposta. Após atraso de 50 min, cancelei o pedido, uma pena pois dificilmente farei outro pedido, apesar da boa avaliação do lugar.
Unfortunately I won't know how to evaluate the quality of the food because I didn't receive it. I ordered a snack plus fries and it didn't arrive. I tried to call and send several messages to the establishment but no response. After a delay of 50 minutes, I canceled the order, a pity because I will hardly make another order, despite the good evaluation of the place.
