★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em dezembro de 2021 meu carro teve a pintura danificada com respingos de tintas decorrentes da pintura do prédio onde moro. Dessa data até março de 2022, precisei fazer 3 registros de ocorrências no livro dos moradores, para que finalmente a empresa indicasse como o problema seria solucionado. Fui encaminhado para a empresa TDB Finish Detail, onde deveriam realizar toda a remoção dos respingos de tintas. De fato aqueles respingos mais superficiais foram removidos, mas ficaram 3 ou 4 pontos que continuam até hoje. Segundo o prestador de serviço eram pontos de tintas de outros lugares. Como ele pode comprovar essa afirmação? O mais absurdo dessa afirmação é imaginar que todos os pontos removidos eram da tinta decorrente da pintura do prédio, e apenas aqueles 3 ou 4 pontos, eram de outro lugar, sendo que os pontos de tintas estavam na mesma área atingida. Sem falar que o meu carro não esteve em outro lugar onde pudesse ser atingido por tinta no teto. Me parece que a demora em solucionar o problema, 3 MESES, deixando tinta exposta ao sol e as intempéries do tempo, agravou e danificou ainda mais a pintura do carro, sendo possível a remoção apenas com polimento mais profundo, serviço esse que o TDB Finish Detail disse que não realizaria. Portanto, solução tem, mas não quiseram resolver. Já estamos no final de mês de Março e a Trade não me procurou para saber o porquê de eu ter levado o carro no prestador de serviço e não ter assinado o aceite do serviço. Talvez utilizando essa plataforma ela passe a levar mais a sério o problema e resolva a situação de forma definitiva.

I was forwarded to the company TDB Finish Detail, where they had to carry out all the removal of paint splatters. In fact, those more superficial splashes were removed, but 3 or 4 spots remained, which continue to this day. According to the service provider, they were paint spots from other places. How can he substantiate this claim? The most absurd thing about this statement is to imagine that all the removed dots were from the paint resulting from the painting of the building, and only those 3 or 4 dots were from somewhere else, and the paint dots were in the same area affected. Not to mention my car hasn't been anywhere else where it could get hit by paint on the ceiling. It seems to me that the delay in solving the problem, 3 MONTHS, leaving paint exposed to the sun and the weather, worsened and damaged the car paint even more, being possible to remove it only with deeper polishing, a service that TDB Finish Detail said he would not. So, there is a solution, but they didn't want to solve it. We are already at the end of March and Trade has not contacted me to find out why I took the car to the service provider and did not sign the acceptance of the service. Perhaps using this platform she will take the problem more seriously and resolve the situation definitively.
