★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po galera, uma mancada hein! Não vi avisando em lugar nenhum que aqui era só para pedidos de ifood igual o atendente informou. Decidi vir aqui pois a de Vila Conceição estava cheia, após caminhar um pouco, cheguei aqui me deparei com uma rua deserta, um restaurante vazio e sem nenhum outro funcionário que pudesse atender a gente (não sei aonde o pessoal foi). Fico triste de não poder ter nem experimentado o hambúrguer, trouxe minha namorada do Rio só para conhecermos. Pretendo dar uma nova chance a Tradi, mas em uma outra unidade, essa daqui foi bem abaixo do esperado. Sugestão: tentem melhorar um pouco a comunicação, se realmente a unidade só for para delivery é bom deixar isso mais claro, teria compensado mais termos esperado na fila
 Po guys, a blunder huh! I didn't see it warning anywhere that here it was only for ifood orders like the attendant informed. I decided to come here because Vila Conceição was full, after walking a little, I arrived here I came across a deserted street, an empty restaurant and no other employee who could serve us (I don't know where the staff went). I'm sad that I couldn't even try the hamburger, I brought my girlfriend from Rio just for us to meet. I intend to give Tradi another chance, but in another unit, this one was much lower than expected. Suggestion: try to improve communication a little, if the unit really is only for delivery, it's good to make this clearer, it would have compensated for more waiting in line

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Padrão de qualidade Tradi (excepcional), mas como o lugar inaugurou faz pouco tempo, ainda é necessário ajustar algumas coisas. A ideia do Tradi Express é ele ser mais barato e mais rápido do que o Tradi comum, mas isso ainda não está 100% claro nessa unidade do Itaim, mas isso é só uma questão de prática que tenho certeza que será obtida com o tempo. Os dois principais para um restaurante fazer sucesso (qualidade no atendimento e na comida) já existem, daqui pra frente é só aperfeiçoar o tempo de entrega. Quanto ao preço, o total da conta deu uma média parecida ao do Tradi comum (lanche + batata + coca deu R$31 reais).
Tradi quality standard (exceptional), but as the place opened recently, some things still need to be adjusted. The idea of Tradi Express is that it is cheaper and faster than ordinary Tradi, but this is not yet 100% clear in this Itaim unit, but this is just a matter of practice that I'm sure will be gained over time. The two main ones for a restaurant to succeed (quality in service and food) already exist, from now on just improve the delivery time. As for the price, the total of the account gave an average similar to the common Tradi (snack + potato + coca gave $ 31 reais).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma delicia! O ambiente é gostoso e tem 3 opções vegetarianas. A porção de batata vem bastante cheia, pra não deixa desejar.
A delight! The atmosphere is nice and there are 3 vegetarian options. The portion of potato comes quite full, not to be missed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi uma experiência diferente pois fui pegar um kit ganho numa promoção da Tradi.
Na semana essa unidade é muito movimentada e no final de semana, por ser uma rua muito tranquila, é bem parado e eles fazem aquela faxina geral, então a unidade estava mais para delivery ? e íamos para comer no local, fomos pra outra casa que não é muito longe. Mas é a qualidade da Tradi que já conheço, só não tinha o hambúrguer "novo", Leão ? que é da temporada Game of Thrones dos Lannister.
It was a different experience as I went to get a kit I had won in a Tradi promotion.
On weekdays this unit is very busy and on the weekend, as it is a very quiet street, it is very quiet and they do that general cleaning, so the unit was more for delivery ? and we went to eat there, we went to another house that it's not very far. But it's the quality of Tradi I already know, it just didn't have the "new" hamburger, Leo ? which is from the Game of Thrones season by Lannisters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lanche estava ótimo, mas é caro - pelo valor deveria acompanhar fritas ou batata chips. O estabelecimento oferece apenas 03 sachês de ketchup por lanche, então não faz sentido comer no local, é melhor pedir via delivery. O atendimento no local foi demorado - estava vazio, mas o lanche demorou 30min para ficar pronto. A estrutura do local é interessante, mas está mal cuidado (mesas sem manutenção, piso molhado, paredes empoeiradas, etc.). Quando fui o local estava infestado de pernilongos.
The snack was great, but it's expensive - for the price, it should come with fries or chips. The establishment only offers 03 sachets of ketchup per snack, so it doesn't make sense to eat on site, it's better to order via delivery. The service at the place was slow - it was empty, but the snack took 30min to be ready. The structure of the place is interesting, but it is poorly maintained (tables without maintenance, wet floors, dusty walls, etc.). When I went the place was infested with mosquitoes.

Fomos conhecer e achei o local estranho em uma rua sem movimento algum.
Só tinha nós no local.
Fizemos o pedido e veio errado.
O copo deles é personalizado e tinha um cheiro muito forte de cola e químicos.
Bebidas só tinha água, coca, fanta. Além disso não tinha gelo e nem limão.
Pedimos um bolinho de queijo e não tinha gosto de nada.
A única coisa que salvou foi o Hambúrguer ser saboroso mais mesmo assim é pequeno pelo valor pois não acompanha nem uma batata.
O atendimento é ruim e não levam a conta na mesa pois não tiveram boa vontade.
Sinceramente decepcionado com o local.
This unit is express and we do not pay attention to it.

We ordered and it came wrong.
Their cup is personalized and had a very strong smell of glue and chemicals.
Drinks only had water, coke, fanta. Also, there was no ice or lemon.
We ordered a cheesecake and it didn't taste like anything.
The only thing that saved it was the hamburger being tasty but even so it's small for the price because it doesn't even come with a potato.
The service is bad and they don't take the bill on the table because they didn't have good will.
Honestly disappointed in the location.
