Horrible, I think like this, if you are buying tea even more paying very expensive shipping, you must be feeling sick at least, it's a medicine, I bought it I paid the shipping, they lied that I was on the way, my boy with a lot of flu, feeling sick, spent the night, nothing, they didn't even answer, spent the morning they lied again, there came a time they didn't even answer!!never again!!!lack of commitment and ethics!!
