Deixei a moto da minha mulher, uma Suzuki 150 gsr na quinta feira a tarde dia 01 de abril para trocar a relação e averiguar uma falha em alta, depois de uns dias o Mateus entrou em contato dizendo que a moto está estava boa e não apresentava defeitos, de novo foi declarado que a moto apresentava falha de motor em alta, ele pediu o documento da moto p ser testada na pista, doc foi enviado. Dia 06 foi informado que a moto estaria montada e pronta no final do dia. Chega hj fomos lá pegar a moto, entregaram a chave dizendo que estava pronta e era só Iir embora... Moto c pneu vazio, não mexeram em nada!! Não trocaram a relação e muito menos mexeram na moto!!! Ficou lá 6 dias na rua e nem tocaram nela!! Pedimos p conversar com o dono, disseram que ele não vai lá, pedimos p falar com o responsável, disseram que não tinha responsável e ficou por isso mesmo!!! Eu fiquei profundamente chateado e tomei 6 Dias de prejuízo indo de carro Trabalhar com a moto PARADA esperando um CONSERTO QUE NUNCA FOI FEITO E ESPERANDO SATISFAÇÕES DE UM DONO QUE NUNCA VAI NO TRABALHO E DE UMA OFICINA SEM RESPONSÁVEL!
What lousy service!! ONE OF THE WORST I'VE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE AND I'VE HAD A MOTORBIKE IT'S ONLY BEEN 35 YEARS OLD!
I left my wife's bike, a Suzuki 150 gsr, on Thursday afternoon, April 1st, to change the relationship and find out a fault in high, after a few days Mateus got in touch saying that the bike was fine and had no defects, again it was declared that the motorcycle had high engine failure, he asked for the motorcycle document to be tested on the track, doc was sent. Day 06 was informed that the bike would be assembled and ready at the end of the day. Arrived hj we went there to get the bike, they delivered the key saying it was ready and it was just to leave... Bike with empty tire, they didn't touch anything!! They didn't change the relationship and much less move the bike!!! It stayed there for 6 days on the street and they didn't even touch it!! We asked to talk to the owner, they said he won't go there, we asked to talk to the person in charge, they said he wasn't responsible and that's it!!! I was deeply upset and took 6 days of loss driving by car Working with the bike STOPPED waiting for a REPAIR THAT WAS NEVER DONE AND EXPECTING SATISFACTION FROM AN OWNER WHO NEVER GOES TO WORK AND A WORKSHOP WITHOUT RESPONSIBILITY!
