Possui um amplo espaço para eventos e várias salas. Possui também uma cozinha tipo industrial e um refeitório. Ainda não está completamente acabado, faltando colocação de piso, mas já funciona a algum tempo. Para maiores informações sobre o local contate a Paróquia de São José do Avay em Itaperuna.
The formation center is a venue for Catholic events and meetings. It belongs to the diocese of Campos. It is in the municipality of Itaperuna on the bank of Br 356. It has a large space for events and several rooms. It also has an industrial type kitchen and a cafeteria.
