★ ★ ★ ★ ★ P É S S I M O! Um absurdo a forma como os vendedores "nos acompanham" na loja. Desde que entramos o vendedor com cara de deboche colou na gente como se fossemos assaltar a loja. Depois tinha um vendedor de cada lado, isso mesmo DOIS, de mim e minha amiga, COLADOS, tipo uma ESCOLTA em cada passo, quase pegando na nossa mão pra nos levar em direção a porta. Fora os outros que passaram o tempo todo nos observando. Nem em lojas de jóias isso nunca aconteceu. Nos sentimos super CONSTRANGIDAS, desconfortáveis e foi extremamente desagradável. Uma empresa tradicional como a Tramontina deveria treinar melhor os funcionários para evitar esse tipo de constrangimento e falta de profissionalismo. Tirando o vendedor que ao perguntar o valor respondia com deboche como se fosse caro demais pra gente comprar. Agora entendi porque não tinha ninguém dentro da loja. Merecia um processo por constrangimento.
TERRIBLE! It is absurd how the salespeople "accompany us" in the store. Since we entered the salesman with a face of debauchery stuck to us as if we were going to rob the store. Then there was a salesman on each side, that's right TWO, of me and my friend, COLADOS, like a ESCORT at each step, almost taking our hand to lead us towards the door. It was the others who spent the whole time watching us. Even in jewelry stores, this never happened. We felt super CONSTRANGED, uncomfortable and it was extremely unpleasant. A traditional company like Tramontina should better train employees to avoid this type of embarrassment and lack of professionalism. Excluding the seller who, when asking for the amount, responded with mockery as if it was too expensive for us to buy. Now I understood why there was no one inside the store. He deserved an embarrassment suit.
