 I worked at this company, I lost two zero cars... and I didn't even have any kind of support.

Nunca compre nada de alguma empresa que tenha como entrega essa transportadora.
IrĂĄ se decepcionar amargamente e fora o descaso que eles farĂŁo com vocĂȘ e sua encomenda.
Empresa pĂ©ssima que atĂ© um elogio para eles ainda. NĂŁo sei ainda como nĂŁo faliu ainda por prestar esse serviço horrĂvel.

Never buy anything from any company that delivers this carrier.
You will be bitterly disappointed and apart from the neglect they will make with you and your order.
Lousy company that even a compliment for them still. I don't know yet how it hasn't gone bankrupt yet for providing this horrible service.

â â â â â A empresa entregou direitinho, sem nenhum problema e a equipe Ă© bem gentil. Pode ter problemas em algumas entregas, mas nas minhas sempre ocorre tudo perfeitamente (encomendas via Kalunga).
The company delivered correctly, without any problem and the team is very kind. There may be problems in some deliveries, but in mine everything always goes perfectly (orders via Kalunga).

â â â â â PĂSSIMA... NĂŁo pagam os agregados, falta de respeito e de comprometimento. SĂł coloquei uma estrela por ser obrigada, pq se tivesse uma nota negativa a pior seria deles.
TERRIBLE... They don't pay the aggregates, lack of respect and commitment. I only put one star because I had to, because if I had a negative rating, the worst would be theirs.

Everywhere I buy and I see that it is this carrier I do not buy at all. I'm waiting for my delivery from Kalunga until today. Phone doesn't work, there's no service, it seems like the company doesn't exist.

Estou tendo muitas dificuldades para receber o pagamento tinha 16 veĂculos trabalhando para a empresa entrega jĂĄ (transtruck) na Gimba por motivos de competĂȘncia, ignorĂąncia entre outros da parte da entrega jĂĄ e transtruck decidi nĂŁo trabalhar mais na empresa, assim avisei os responsĂĄvel Marcelo e Kawany, o Marcelo me passou para fazer o fechamento com a Kawany que Ă© responsĂĄvel pelos pagamentos, mas ela so fala fala que tal dia vai fazer o pagamento e atĂ© a data de hoje 03/05 nĂŁo me pagaram. EntĂŁo contatei para ver se resolve o meu problema o Marcelo, mais parou de me responder. Estou abrindo essa reclamação pra ver se resolvem pois estou desde do dia 15/03 esperando meu fechamento e pagamento

I'm having a lot of difficulties getting paid I had 16 vehicles working for the company delivery now (transtruck) at Gimba for reasons of competence, ignorance among others on the part of the delivery already and transtruck decided not to work at the company anymore, so I warned the responsible Marcelo and Kawany, Marcelo sent me to do the closing with Kawany who is responsible for the payments, but she only says that she will make the payment on that day and until today 03/05 they have not paid me. So I contacted Marcelo to see if it solves my problem, but he stopped responding. I'm opening this complaint to see if they solve it because I've been waiting for my closing and payment since 03/15
