A passagem é mais barata que na maioria das cidades do Rio, as condições dos ônibus são até razoáveis, se não vale a pouca distância que o trajeto do ônibus faz, a opção é ir apé.
People complain about the monopoly, but there is nothing to complain about providing services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Não digo por parte dos funcionários, mas pela administração, pois há 5 anos que faço a mesma solicitação na empresa e não fui atendido, nem sequer me dão respostas.
Terrible attendance. I don't say it on the part of the employees, but by the administration, because I have been making the same request in the company for 5 years and I was not answered, they don't even give me answers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimos ônibus...sem horários corretos...e certas linhas vc as vezes espera mais de 30 minutos por um ônibus....e a tarifa e muito alta pelo serviço ofertado e o tempo que se utiliza o mesmo....só uso quando não há outro jeito..porque a qualidade deixa a desejar!!
Lousy buses ... without correct schedules ... and certain lines you sometimes wait more than 30 minutes for a bus .... and the fare is very high for the service offered and the time that you use the same .... I only use it when there is no other way ... because the quality leaves something to be desired !!
