★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arrived at 1:30pm and they didn’t allowed us to have lunch because the “all inclusive is after 3:00pm. They wanted to charge us outrageous fees for lunch. On top of that the staff was quite rude. Expect more!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are in for a family or group trip, here is the place to come. If you're looking for a more romantic experience, I think you should consider somewhere else. I came with my wife, son, my brother and his family and we loved it. Our kids are very excited here and they are between 6 and 9 years old. All inclusive food and beverages (including excellent brands of beer and Liquors, real Coca-Cola served by the can), the employees are very, very friendly. Your kids will love the recreational staff, they will be taken care of all day with a lot of activities. For adults we have, nautical activities (charged separately), bow and arch, there is a golf course (although since I don't play I'm clueless if it's good or not) and lot of more stuff to do. The pool is excellent and enormous with lots of bars around it. The hotel isn't new, but the maintenance is good, the rooms are very clean and the architecture is very nice. I definitely recommend and despite very little flaws, it definitely deserves a 5 star rating here.
