Very disorganized concierge, poor service, this unit is in place that takes time to be attended, company in general is not good but is one of the best price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo por telefone, me deixaram na espera várias vezes por uns 10 minutos e uma das últimas tentativas eles não me atendem e eu ouço o pessoal conversando, como se tivesse pego a minha ligação e depois tivessem deixado o telefone de lado na mesa. Linha telefônica com problema e ninguém toma providência! Preciso pedir a coleta e não consigo.
Terrible service over the phone, they left me on hold several times for about 10 minutes and one of the last attempts they don't answer me and I hear people talking, as if they had picked up my call and then they had left the phone aside on the table. Problem phone line and nobody takes action! I need to ask for the collection and I can't.
