★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depois que anunciaram o aumento da tarifa de ônibus resolveram ligar os exaustores mas só sai sujeira e barulho eu não acredito que vamos pagar uma tarifa de 5 reais para andar nestes ônibus podres para cobrar a tarifa tem que trocar toda a frota de uma vez

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O agendamento estudante 2 não funciona, pedi para ir fazer pré agendamento denovo.
Estou desde o dia 2 de fevereiro tentando fazer o vale transporte estudante gratuito para meu filho.
Nenhum dos telefones de vcs atendem, já liguei em 4 números diferentes por vários dias inclusive hj e ninguém atende.
Então para que serve o telefone?
E esse agendamento?
Precisamos resolver as coisas não é brincadeira!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No bairro onde moro, nem ônibus passa, o que passa é uma van que na maioria das vezes, está em horário completamente diferente do ônibus, moro aqui já faz mais de 1 ano e até agora nada de ônibus passando no bairro, temos que ir até o Juliana para poder pegar o ônibus para ir trabalhar, com os pontos instalados o que falta, sei o que falta a coragem deles e a reclamação nossa.

Observei que os poucos ônibus disponíveis estão sem condições adequados para transporte humano até por serem ultrapassados e que os motoristas acumulam duas funções (pilotam e fazem as vezes de cobradores), o que indica grade risco de vida em assalto.
No mesmo dia que cheguei na cidade vi um noticiário na TV onde uma senhora foi arremessada pq a porta estava quebrada.
Sou paulistana mas estou indignada como Ribeirão trata seus cidadãos com total falta de consideração, consideração e humanidade.

E quando estivemos no local indicado na época para poder fazer o cartão de gratuidade do ônibus;foi negado...
Isso já tem uns anos resolvi desabafar agora ...
Sendo qe uma das patologia é uma doença rara degenerativa que não vou obvio expor o CID aqui de nenhuma das 2 patologias
Acho que porque ele é produtivo, tem emprego fixo no setor privado, e ainda é auto suficiente esse deve ser o critério...Achei que a Lei fosse a mesma para todos .
Ele ficou tão sem graça com a negativa que nem tentou o cartão de estacionamento ...
O pior que nem deram uma justificativa;só negaram a carteirinha do ônibus
Se há regras o munícipe não é obrigado a entender todas um pouco de humanidade na hora do atendimento é o mínimo até porque a pessoa já está com um diagnóstico e sabe que nunca vai "sarar "
Buscar seus direitos na sua nova situação é uma coisa natural
