★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Transportadora LIXO, péssimo atendimento, ninguém sabe informar nada, ninguém resolve nada, mercadoria chegou com avaria, não tive parecer nenhum, e provavelmente ficarei no prejuízo.
LIXO carrier, lousy service, nobody knows how to inform anything, nobody solves anything, merchandise arrived with a malfunction, I didn't have any opinion, and I'll probably be at a loss.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ efetuei uma compra pelo mercadolivre ( 1197,00 reais + 195,00 de frete ) dia 15 de maio o meu fornecedor mando minha encomenda dia 19 de maio; recebi ainda so metade da mercadoria depois de muitas ligacao pra transportadorano redor do 28 de Julho que nao tavo ne mais pra receber ja tinha ate quaze desistido!!!! o pessoal so sabia falar manha ... segunda ... manha .. e as se faser de besta sperando mercadoria.... unica dificuldade e que moro na ilha do marajo mas tem barco duas vezes por semana pra levar qualquer mercadoria ... falta de interesse ... meu fornecedor ja comunico .. NUNCA MAIS...
I made a purchase through the free market (1197.00 reais + 195.00 shipping) on May 15th my supplier will send my order on May 19th; I still received only half of the goods after many calls to the carrier around the 28th of July that I was not needed anymore to receive had already given up !!!! the people only knew how to speak morning ... monday ... morning .. and to do beast waiting for goods .... only difficulty and I live in the island of marajo but has boat twice a week to take any goods .. lack of interest ... my supplier already communicates .. NEVER MORE ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em uma caixa de SP X Abaetetuba-PA cobraram R$ 300,00. Até os próprios funcionário (entregador) ficam abismado e chegam a dizer que não entendem tamanho absurdo.
In a box of SP X Abaetetuba-PA they charged R $ 300.00. Even the employees (delivery man) are astonished and even say that they do not understand such absurdity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É péssimo, nunca chega na data prevista,sempre tem desculpa,por exemplo estão fazendo entrega no Grupo LIDER!! Já sabem que tem fila lá pra descarregar, i corretor é enviar um carro menor pra atender os demais clientes.Pois simplesmente eles voltam com a mercadoria pra tentar entregar no outro dia, e assim fica!! Pra transportadora tá ótimo pois os clientes vão pagar, mas e nós como ficamos e nosso Clientes?? Todo mês é muita briga para que a entrega aconteça!!! PÉSSIMO.
It's terrible, never arrives on time, always have an excuse, for example are making delivery in the LIDER Group !! Already know that there is queue there to unload, i broker is to send a smaller car to meet the other customers. Because they simply return with the goods to try to deliver the other day, and so it is !! To carrier're great because customers will pay, but what about us as we and our customers ?? Every month is a lot of fighting for the delivery to happen !!! TERRIBLE.
