O Renan da sede em São Bernardo é muito atencioso. Explica tudo, te dá suporte durante o translado do veículo, sempre me.respondendo e me posicionando sobre o carro.
Tempo de entrega pelo contrato de 30 dias, mas chegou muito antes e em perfeito estado. Limpo dentro e fora. Sem riscos. Nada!
Mandei umas caixas dentro e todas chegaram perfeitamente TB.
Em Manaus mais uma.boa surpresa. O atendimento bom se manteve!
Espero não ter que mudar logo, mas com certeza virei cliente!!!!

Atenderam todas as minhas solicitações, providenciaram a CNH do responsável pela coleta do veículo em SP, que foi extremamente simpático, paciente e atencioso (Sr. Anderson). Só tenho que elogiar toda a estrutura e atendimento. A coleta ocorreu em uma quarta-feira, com prazo de 7 dias úteis para entrega, o veículo chegou em Brasília na segunda-feira, e a entrega ocorreu em na terça-feira, superando todas as expectativas. Sempre que solicitei informações foram me passada de imediato e em tempo real. Pesquisei muito em diversas transportadoras, e a nenhuma respondeu com tanta eficiência e comprometimento quanto a Transimpacto, por tal razão se faz necessário registrar o meu contentamento, pois foi fundamental no memento das cotações, ler o relato de outros clientes.
