I called today 12/15 all morning and I didn't get my service, a lack of respect for the citizen wells in Caldense, could have a little more credibility. On a rainy day, there is no way to travel there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faz 1 hora que estou aqui na fila pra ser atendido.... Ninguém faz o atendimento tem 20 pessoas aqui esperando. É um absurdo fora que aumentam o valor da tarifa ! Pqp é inacreditável.
I've been standing in line for 1 hour to be served.... No one does the service, there are 20 people waiting here. It is absurd outside that they increase the value of the tariff! Pp is unbelievable.
