★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima. Vendem carros cheios de avarias e pouco se importam com o cliente.
Compramos um carro faz 6 meses e não ficamos 1 mês direto com o carro.
Prometeram sanar as pendências mas é um castigo. Eles pegam o carro, prendem nosso carro no mínimo 15 dias, pulam de oficina em oficina e não volta todo pronto.
A culpa é sempre da oficina.
Carro nacional, de fácil manutenção mas eles não conseguem quem repare.
Deixamos da última vez dia 9/3/21, para reparo e demoram um século para devolver, até agora nada. Ou seja, desde setembro pagando carro sem ter carro.
Sempre culpam a oficina. Não trabalham com comprometimento.
Por mim devolveria o carro, ATÉ PORQUE Q A LEI ME ASSEGURA, já que a solicitação desse reparo foi feita dentro da garantia. Meu marido , infelizmente, resolveu esperar a solução deles. Ainda me bloquearam no face pq eu estava alertando as pessoas sobre o lixo que é essa agência. Se eles estivessem na razão ,se retratariam ao invés de me bloquear. Só atestaram que são pilantras.
Meu marido está passivo demais, por mim devolveria o carro. A LEI nos assegura

Trabalham com maladragem. Vendem lixo sabendo que estão vendendo lixo.
 Lousy experience. They sell cars full of breakdowns and care little about the customer.
We bought a car 6 months ago and we didn't spend 1 month directly with the car.
They promised to remedy the pending issues but it is a punishment. They take the car, lock our car for at least 15 days, jump from shop to shop and don't come back all ready.
The workshop is always to blame.
National car, easy to maintain but they can't find anyone to repair it.
We left it last day 9/21/21, for repair and take a century to return, so far nothing. That is, since September paying for a car without a car.
They always blame the workshop. They do not work with commitment.
I would return the car for myself, UNTIL WHY THE LAW ENSURES ME, since the request for this repair was made under warranty. My husband, unfortunately, decided to wait for their solution. They still blocked me in the face because I was alerting people about the garbage that is this agency. If they were right, they would retract rather than block me. They just attested that they are crooks.
My husband is too passive, he would return the car for me. LAW assures us
I don't recommend it to anyone.
They work with malpractice. They sell garbage knowing that they are selling garbage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HORRÍVEL, comprei um Grand Siena cheio de problemas e a quase dois meses mesmo na garantia nada foi feito o veículo fica mais tempo na oficina do que comigo , vive com vazamento de óleo e água saindo pela descarga, fora a suspensão que bate muito, já tentei de todas as formas resolver os problemas dentro da garantia, mas não veja nenhuma vontade por conta da agência em resolver . Muito provavelmente terei que recorrer a justiça lamentável
HORRIBLE, I bought a Grand Siena full of problems and almost two months ago, even under warranty, nothing has been done. I tried in every way to solve the problems within the warranty, but do not see any willingness on behalf of the agency to solve. I will most likely have to resort to regrettable justice
