★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não sei se tive a infelicidade de ser atendida por uma vendedora chamada Isabel, que me tratou como muito pouco caso. Cheguei a ouvir dela ao cobrar uma resposta que ela mesma havia ficado de me dar: "sabe o que é Fernanda, eu tenho outros clientes." Oi???
Total falta de ética dessa vendedora. Sou vendedora também e jamais trato clientes dessa forma. Pra quem é vendedor de verdade, sabe muito o que perder um negócio por falta de boa vontade. Transparência só o nome da empresa, infelizmente representada por pessoas sem capacitação comercial alguma.
Nota zero para atendimento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Descaso total com o cliente! Solicitei orçamento e qdo viram que não era um serviço muito grande simplesmente viraram as costas, nem o orçamento me passaram! NÃO RECOMENDO! Existem outras empresas mais éticas e de muito boa qualidade em Bauru!
Total neglect with the customer! I asked for a budget and when they saw that it was not a very big service, they simply turned their backs, nor did the budget pass on to me! I DO NOT RECOMMEND! There are other more ethical and very good quality companies in Bauru!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não sei dos outros vendedores, mas fui atendido por uma chamada Isabel... não acreditem na PALAVRA dessa pessoa... paguei adiantado, a vista como a empresa pede. Fizeram uma instalação mal feita onde vaza agua pelas junções dos vidros do perfilados, agora quando chove está molhando minha máquina de lavar .
Sobre ir consertar?? Até agora esperando.
Vou falar com o proprietário da empresa para ver se ele tem a hombridade de cumprir a palavra que sua funcionária me deu.
Uma empresa desse porte nao pode permitir que um funcionário desse trabalhe dessa forma

Ja Transparencia eu liguei para o vendedor vinicus, cara super maleável, flexível.. me atendeu prontamente e adivinha, negociei um preço justo, paguei no outro dia, e montou a minha sacada em um dia útil. Atendimento nota mil.

Pós venda muito ruim, usaram buchas inadequadas para instalar porta suspensa, e não suportaram o peso, deveria ser buchas de alumínio ou metal. Todos os vidros instalados nos três pergolados estão com vazamentos.

Relação qualidade é a melhor opção em bauru, eles garantem! Tive problema no corte de uma porta, eles trocaram na hora sem nem pensar, simplesmente sensacional! Muito recomendado!
