★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fizeram a mudança da minha vizinha, mas não tomaram o cuidado de prestar atenção no meu muro. Bateram na minha grade e quebraram meu teto, demoraram pra solucionar meu problema, e quando "solucionaram" veio o teto não veio tô tamanho correto e colocaram de qualquer jeito. Nada profissional, empresa bem amadora.na hora de contratar pesquisem outras, eles não têm cuidado com o que estão levando.
They moved my neighbor, but they didn't take care to pay attention to my wall. They hit my grid and broke my ceiling, they took a long time to solve my problem, and when they "fixed" it came, the ceiling wasn't the correct size and they put it in anyway. Unprofessional, very amateurish company. When it comes to hiring, research others, they are not careful with what they are taking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qdo contratei, pareciam bons demais pra ser verdade: super organizados, pontuais e com preço competitivo. Porém, véspera da mudança, chegam vários caras na sua casa com uma pressa que parecem q vão tirar a mãe da forca, embalam tudo em 2hs. Encontrei depois que me mudei, vasos de plantas embalados junto de documentos e por aí vai…uma falta de noção sem tamanho. No dia da mudança, a correria continua. É humanamente impossível acompanhar tudo o que todos eles estão fazendo. Resultado: um perfume de 500 reais furtado (a empresa não se responsabiliza) e minha geladeira novinha com a porta amassada. Me mudei há 15 dias, contratei seguro e até agora a empresa não deu nenhum posicionamento sobre meu ressarcimento. NÃO RECOMENDO!
When I hired them, they seemed too good to be true: super organized, punctual and competitively priced. However, on the eve of the move, several guys arrive at your house in a hurry who seem like they're going to get their mother off the gallows, they pack everything in 2 hours. I found after I moved, potted plants packed with documents and so on…a lack of notion without size. On moving day, the rush continues. It's humanly impossible to keep track of everything they're all doing. Result: a stolen perfume of 500 reais (the company is not responsible) and my brand new refrigerator with a dented door. I moved 15 days ago, took out insurance and so far the company has not given any position on my reimbursement. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Recentemente fizemos a nossa mudança que incluía o empacotamento e transporte. Os funcionários entraram na minha casa e foram embalando tudo sem dar qualquer chance de você falar “isso não” ou “não faça isso”. Na minha gaveta da escrivaninha tinha ficado um RayBan, que foi furtado por um dos funcionários da Transpenha. Não posso sequer reclamar porque a Transpenha pede para o cliente empacotar itens como óculos e se isentam da responsabilidade de reembolso. Como havia usado o óculos naquele dia não deu tempo de empacotar, e aí acabou sendo Furtado. Que ódio! Não contratem a Transpenha.
I was robbed.
We recently made our move which included packaging and shipping. The employees entered my house and were packing everything without giving you any chance to say “no that” or “don't do that”. In my desk drawer there was a RayBan, which was stolen by one of the Transpenha employees. I can't even complain because Transpenha asks the customer to pack items such as eyeglasses and they do not accept any refund liability. As he had used the glasses that day, there was no time to pack them, and then he ended up being Furtado. What hate! Do not hire Transpenha.

My items were stolen, my bags with locks were broken into, I paid for insurance and the company did not act correctly with me, I took a loss of R $ 2,000.00

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratei por indicação mas não indico. Quase 50 peças de roupas minhas foram manchadas e danificadas por vazamento de água entro do baú! Destas, somente 40 foram recuperadas, a empresa pagou pela lavagem mas com muita discussão e graças ao apoio da lavanderia em dar desconto! As demais peças não há como recuperar e eu fico com o prejuízo! (vejam fotos). Na hora da contratação dizem embalar tudo muito bem, que as roupas são colocadas em araras mas não é verdade. Não ha uma pessoa responsável acompanhando o embalamento dos itens e depois carregamento e transporte da mudança. Itens menores não são embalados corretamente e ficam soltos nas caixas, alguns colares quebraram por serem delicados. Deixam tudo na mão de funcionários despreparados e claramente explorados pela empresa.
I hired by referral but I do not recommend. Almost 50 pieces of my clothes were stained and damaged by water leaking from the chest! Of these, only 40 were recovered, the company paid for the washing but with much discussion and thanks to the laundry support in giving a discount! There is no way to recover the rest of the pieces and I keep the loss! (see photos). At the time of hiring, they say to pack everything very well, that the clothes are put in racks but it is not true. There is no responsible person accompanying the packing of the items and then loading and transporting the change. Smaller items are not packaged properly and are loose in boxes, some necklaces have broken because they are delicate. They leave everything in the hands of employees unprepared and clearly exploited by the company.

quebraram um armário, montaram os movéis dew qquer maneira e não tiveram nenhum critério na hora de montar as caixas.
Fuja! é cilada.
TERRIBLE experience!
they don't care about their stuff.
they broke a closet, assembled the furniture in any way and had no criteria when assembling the boxes.
run away! it's a trap.
