A comunicação com a equipe do transporte (motorista) foi péssima, pois não informou que haveria atraso na data de coleta e na data de entrega. Tive que buscar contato com motorista para questionar os atrasos. E, para piorar, um dos objetos transportados estava quebrado, mesmo embalado em caixas. Como objeto não era tão frágil, considero que não tiveram zelo pelas caixas. Desconfiei na hora que estavam carregando o caminhão, pois achei que era apenas a pressa, mas era o modo de trabalho mesmo. Não indico de forma nenhuma.
Did not meet the 3-day deadline informed when the service was budgeted. Communication with the transport team (driver) was terrible, as they did not report that there would be a delay in the collection date and the delivery date. I had to seek contact with a driver to question the delays. And to make matters worse, one of the transported objects was broken, even packed in boxes. As an object was not so fragile, I consider that they did not care for the boxes. I suspected at the time they were loading the truck, as I thought it was just the rush, but it was the way of working. I do not indicate in any way.
