Fora o tempo de aguardo ao telefone. Algumas promessas de retorno e nada, ninguém entrou em contato. De repente a mercadoria foi entregue ao cliente, apareceu, UFA!
Mas o boleto chegou e veio 50% mais alto do que o valor acordado em cotação. Reclamei. Foi alterado, mas permaneceu mais alto que o valor combinado. Vencida pelo cansaço, após várias trocas de e-mails, paguei. Não recomendo a ninguém e não pretendo contratar novamente os serviços desta empresa, que age com total falta de transparência e desorganização.
