★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior empresa que já vi na minha vida, comprei produto pela Magazine Luiza, essa transportadora é empresa terceirizada da Transfolha, não atende ligação e já faz mais de 10 dias que estão com o produto e ainda não entregaram! Na Magazine bLuiza diz que saiu para entrega em 15/12, hj dia 26 e nada!
Worst company I've ever seen in my life, I bought the product through Magazine Luiza, this carrier is an outsourced company from Transfolha, doesn't answer the call and it's been more than 10 days that they have the product and they still haven't delivered! At Magazine bLuiza says it was delivered on 12/15, today on the 26th and nothing!

Foram me entregar 2 encomendas e 1 o entregador me disse que esqueceram de colocar no carro para sair para o transporte, e ainda colocaram no site como se eu não estivesse em casa para receber, sendo que a outra encomenda estava junto e eu recebi. Depois ligaram e falaram que iriam entregar na próxima semana em um dia que já tinha passado da data de entrega, esperei,me mandaram mensagem como se o objeto tinha saído pra entrega e não chegou.
Liguei para trasportadora falaram que iriam verificar e retornar a chamada, não retornaram e agora não me atendem.
Pessoal sem compromisso.
Carrier without commitment and lack of professionalism. 2 parcels were delivered to me and 1 the deliveryman told me that they forgot to put it in the car to leave for transportation, and they even placed it on the website as if I wasn't at home to receive it, and the other order was with me and I received it. Then they called and said they would deliver it next week on a day that had already passed the delivery date, I waited, they sent me a message as if the object had left for delivery and did not arrive.
I called the carrier they said they would check and return the call, they didn't return and now they don't answer me.
Staff without compromise.
