★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um alinhador 3D na empresa MF à vista , contrataram a transportadora Generoso do Brasil , a máquina chegou na transportadora de Viana no Espírito Santo dia 22/04 e o prazo de entrega seria dia 26/04 e até hoje a entrega não foi feita , sendo que a distância da transportadora até o destino final é de 30 minutos , todos os dias eu ligo para central de atendimento e os atendentes simplesmente desconectam a ligação , a supervisora Luciana ficou de entrar em contato com a filial de Viana para conseguir entender o que pode ter acontecido . Já estou abrindo um protocolo no procon porque estou dependendo desse alinhador para trabalhar , caso não entregue hoje , Vou solicitar o reembolso do frete de R$650 que foi pago à vista e infelizmente vocês vão ter um prejuízo bem maior com indenização .
