★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na quinta-feira (26/12) a Rasador deixou em minha residência, meus móveis planejados. No dia seguinte, a loja foi montar e notou que uma parte estava faltando. Na segunda-feira (30/12) eles foram comunicados de que uma parte não havia sido entregue. Eles precisaram de um dia inteiro para constatar que perderam, e não sabiam onde estava. Tive um péssimo atendimento. A perda do produto me impactou mental e financeiramente, pois sem essa parte eu não posso encomendar a pia da minha cozinha. Caso em 8 de fevereiro e o prazo da fábrica é de 30 dias úteis para produzir o que a transportadora perdeu. Uma incompetência absurda. Moral da história: vou me casar mas não vou poder me mudar pro meu apartamento por conta da incompetência dessa empresa. Mas meu advogado está cuidando disso.
On Thursday (26/12) Rasador left at my residence, my planned furniture. The next day, the store went up and noticed that a part was missing. On Monday (30/12) they were informed that a portion had not been delivered. They needed a full day to realize they lost, and they didn't know where they were. I had a terrible service. The loss of the product impacted me mentally and financially because without this part I cannot order the sink in my kitchen. Case on February 8 and the factory deadline is 30 business days to produce what the carrier has lost. An absurd incompetence. Moral of the story: I'm getting married but I won't be able to move to my apartment because of the incompetence of this company. But my lawyer is taking care of it.
