★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aqui na unidade Bauru eles confirmam a coleta por telefone e não cumprem. Fiquei esperando e nada..... Depois não atendem o telefone. Péssima experiência. Liguei no número de DDD 011 falei com colaboradores de outra unidade que tentaram transferir, chamei no whatsapp para tentar contato com a srta. Dalila que nos atendia, sem sucesso. Levei a carga para Indaiatuba com carro alugado devido à urgência. Não recomendo.
Here at the Bauru unit, they confirm the collection by phone and do not comply. I was waiting and nothing..... Then they don't answer the phone. Bad experience. I called the DDD number 011, I spoke with employees from another unit who tried to transfer, I called on whatsapp to try to contact Ms. Delilah who attended to us, without success. I took the cargo to Indaiatuba with a rented car due to urgency. I do not recommend.
