★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, ônibus atrasou 2 horas, quando chegou o motorista bateu num poste e teve que trocar, a troca demorou mais 1 hora e meia e uma viagem q era pra sair às 18:00 saiu às 21:30
Bad experience, bus was delayed 2 hours, when it arrived the driver hit a pole and had to change, the change took another hour and a half and a trip that was supposed to leave at 18:00 left at 21:30

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, na ida pra Ubatuba o ônibus simplesmente não veio. Na volta um carro velho, sem ar condicionado e tremendo mais cachorro com pulga.
Bad experience, on the way to Ubatuba the bus simply did not come. On the way back, an old car, no air conditioning and another shivering dog with flea.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa horrorosa! Além de atrasar para sair, fazer paradas que não estavam no roteiro e chegar com uma hora de atraso faltando dez minutos para meu próximo ônibus. Ônibus de péssima qualidade, não oferecem água para os passageiros, motoristas sem máscaras não respeitando a pandemia. No mesmo dia meus amigos também pegaram ônibus com essa empresa e o motorista errou o caminho e a viagem que era para durar 4 horas durou 9 horas. Não recomendo e jamais entro em um ônibus dessa empresa novamente.
Horrible company! In addition to being late to leave, making stops that were not on the schedule, and arriving an hour late with ten minutes to go before my next bus. Bad quality buses do not offer water for passengers, drivers without masks, not respecting the pandemic. On the same day my friends also took a bus with this company and the driver missed the way and the trip that was supposed to last 4 hours lasted 9 hours. I do not recommend it and I will never get on a bus from this company again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima empresa. Comprei 2 passagens para uma viagem de Ubatuba para São Paulo em ônibus executivo, com leito, banheiro e ar condicionado. A empresa mandou 2 vans ao invés de ônibus. As malas mal couberam no bagageiro das vans e todos os passageiros foram mega expremidos na viagem (em plena pandemia) e sem banheiro. Não recomendo para ninguém, inclusive pretendo entrar com o devido processo para ter meu dinheiro de volta e processo por danos morais.
Bad company. I bought 2 tickets for a trip from Ubatuba to São Paulo on an executive bus, with bed, bathroom and air conditioning. The company sent 2 vans instead of buses. The bags barely fit in the luggage compartment of the vans and all the passengers were mega squeezed during the trip (in full pandemic) and without a bathroom. I do not recommend it to anyone, I even intend to file due process to get my money back and sue for moral damages.
