Chegamos ao terminal de BH e desci ainda sem ser cobrado, mas por questões particulares, fui a procura do motorista para informar que eu não havia sido cobrado, o mesmo se irritou pelo meu silêncio durante a viagem, mas já são questões de administração da linha, cadê o cobrador? Enfim, paguei minha passagem mesmo após ter chegado ao suposto destino e de graça senão o tivesse procurado para pagar. Sugiro uma análise dos processos.
