★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa é uma piada mesmo, levou o produto para outro estado e tentou entregar, aonde será que tentarem entregar? ah! agora sim, voltaram pro meu estado....sairam pra entrega! falaram que hoje vai chegar, ops, alegaram que tava mto transito, não conseguiram, mas amanhã deve chegar,....putz...infelizmente transito outra vez, e segue a novela pra entrega, será que o produto ta inteiro? nessa brincadeira já foi 1 mês...chegou finalmente, uma pena que o produto chegou todo ferrado :/

A entrega atrasou mais de 6 dias. Me deram 3 prazos ao longo das ligações e emails trocados. Não cumprem o prazo estabelecido gerando transtornos na entrega.
A pontualidade numa empresa de transporte é o pilar principal. Quando não se pode contar com isso, a empresa não serve para nada!
Não utilizem, o arrependimento é garantido.

Punctuality in a transport company is the main pillar. When you can't count on it, the company is useless!

Ao rastrear verifiquei que a mercadoria foi invertina (não sei o que querem dizer com essa expressão) em Osasco. Estou desde sexta-feira tentando contato e não consigo, o telefone de Barueri não atende, e os e-mails que enviei retornaram porque os endereços não são válidos. Preciso de um parecer, pois não fico em casa e estou deixando uma pessoa para receber.
The delivery of a sofa set was scheduled for 12/17/2021, which did not happen. When tracking I verified that the merchandise was inverted (I don't know what they mean by that expression) in Osasco. I've been trying to get in touch since Friday and I can't, Barueri's phone doesn't answer, and the emails I sent returned because the addresses are not valid.
