I used the services and was disappointed. Although they answered, they forgot the reservation and the ambulance smelled unpleasant. I just didn't cancel because the situation didn't allow it.

Serviço muito ruim, fomos para o hospital com a certeza que iriam retornar para fazer o percurso de volta para casa e eles não voltaram para buscar. Meu pai precisou voltar em um carro comum sem o oxigênio. Correndo todos os riscos. Sem contar o desconforto da ida. E a forma como removeram o paciente de casa para a ambulância. Parecia que era uma mercadoria.
The company was extremely irresponsible. Very bad service, we went to the hospital with the certainty that they would return for the trip back home and they didn't come back to pick it up. My father had to get back in an ordinary car without the oxygen. Taking all the risks. Not to mention the discomfort of going. And the way they removed the patient from the home to the ambulance. It looked like it was a commodity.
