★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentável, estabelecimento sem comprometimento com o cliente, pedi 20 entregaram 11, quando as outras 9 chegaram, vieram ainda mais frias que as 11 primeiras, mandaram 2 esfihas doces de cortesia, simplesmente horríveis. Não comprarei mais nada desse local e não recomendo.
Regrettable, establishment with no commitment to the client, I asked for 20 they delivered 11, when the other 9 arrived, they came even colder than the first 11, they sent 2 sweet esfihas of courtesy, just horrible. I won't buy anything else from this place and I don't recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi um X bacon me mandaram um X-salada, mas cobraram o valor do X-bacon, liguei informando sobre o fato, simplesmente disseram que por eu ter mordido o lanche, nada mais poderia ser feito ( agora temos que abrir os lanches, olhar detalhadamente os ingredientes um por um, conferir ,pra termos certeza de quer é o pedido que fizemos e assim só depois podemos nos saciar a vontade), porque no máximo o que podiam fazer e na próxima compra eles darem desconto.
Atendente atende super profissional e entregador também, não tenho o que falar de ambos só coisas boas.
Mas a política da casa é bem desrespeitoso com cliente.
Pois assim que me senti em ter pago um valor a mais por algo que nem pedi e nem ao menos tentaram se retratar ( a casa).
Não recomendo esse local se pudesse daria 0 estralas, antes ainda está 4 estrelas mas depois dessa ..manterei 1 estrela.
I ordered an X-bacon they sent me an X-salad, but they charged the amount of the X-bacon, I called informing about the fact, they simply said that because I had bitten the snack, nothing else could be done (now we have to open the snacks, look the ingredients in detail one by one, check to make sure it is what we ordered and then only then can we indulge ourselves), because at most they could do and on the next purchase they give a discount.
Attendant is super professional and delivery guy too, I have nothing to say about both only good things.
But the house policy is very disrespectful to the customer.
Well, that's how I felt about having paid an extra amount for something I didn't even ask for and didn't even try to recant (the house).
I don't recommend this place if I could give it 0 stars, before it's still 4 stars but after that ..I'll keep 1 star.
