★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demora absurda pra entregar prometeram 1 hora e 40 q já é um absurdo e demoram 2 horas e 30 pra entregar uma pizza de mussarela. Nunca mais peço uma pizza nesse lugar . Atendente mau educada aínda por cima.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre compramos algo quando estamos por aqui, e hoje ficamos surpreso, pedimos esfirras além de estarem dura a massa de duas, um que pedimos de gorgonzola / mussarela veio apenas de mussarela, com valor de gorgonzola...mas aprovo!
We always buy something when we're around here, and today we were surprised, we ordered esfirras in addition to being tough for two, one that we ordered with gorgonzola / mozzarella came only with mozzarella, with gorgonzola value...but I approve!

Ontem pedi uma pizza de 24 pedaços, expliquei que estava na estrada então o motoboy poderia deixar na portaria, portanto fiz um pix e paguei a pizza.
Erros acontecem e infelizmente o motoboy acabou entregando em um endereço errado e confirmando que havia deixado a pizza com o porteiro do prédio, liguei lá e informei o que havia ocorrido, a pizzaria disse: NÃO PODEMOS FAZER NADA, VOCÊ PRECISA RESOLVER COM O MOTOBOY. Gente como assim? A pizzaria não se responsabilizou em nada, disse que a minha historia estava estranha e que eles não poderiam resolver, passaram meu telefone para o porteiro do outro prédio e vieram me questionar como que o rapaz tinha meu telefone sendo que foi o proprio motoboy que passou, pra piorar, nem consideraram em me enviar uma nova pizza, simplesmente pegaram a pizza no endereco que deixaram errado e me entregaram aqui, e se a pizza tivesse sido mexida? Colocada algo? Depois veio pedir desculpa dizendo que ia melhorar, mas até ai só faltaram me chamar de mentirosa por que o ENTREGADOR ERROU O ENDEREÇO... NUNCA MAIS EU PEÇO, a pizzaria errou, e me mandou a mesma pizza com mais de uma hora de atraso. Minha sorte foi que o porteiro do outro prédio era gente boa..o entregador na maior humildade, erros acontecem, mas a pizzaria é pessima e em nenhum momento tentou me entender e resolver, quem resolveu tudo foi eu as 2 da manha Morrendo de fome!!

Yesterday I ordered a 24-piece pizza, I explained that I was on the road so the motoboy could leave it at the reception, so I made a pix and paid for the pizza.
Mistakes happen and unfortunately the motoboy ended up delivering it to the wrong address and confirming that he had left the pizza with the doorman of the building, I called there and informed what had happened, the pizzeria said: WE CAN'T DO ANYTHING, YOU NEED TO RESOLVE WITH THE MOTOBOY. People how so? The pizzeria took no responsibility for anything, said that my story was strange and that they couldn't solve it, they passed my phone number to the doorman in the other building and came to ask me how the guy had my phone when it was the motoboy who passed by. To make matters worse, they didn't even consider sending me a new pizza, they just took the pizza from the wrong address and delivered it to me here, what if the pizza had been stirred? Put something? Then he came to apologize saying he would get better, but until then all that was left was to call me a liar because the DELIVERYER MISSED THE ADDRESS... I NEVER ASK, the pizzeria made a mistake, and sent me the same pizza more than an hour late . My luck was that the doorman in the other building was good people...the delivery man in the greatest humility, mistakes happen, but the pizzeria is terrible and he never tried to understand and solve me, I was the one who solved everything at 2 in the morning. !!

Debocham da sua cara, não tem educação, fujam dessa pizzaria, ao menos que queiram arrumar problema e perder dinheiro.
Terrible pizza, I don't recommend it, it comes cold and looks dodgy.
They make fun of your face, you have no manners, run away from this pizzeria, unless you want to get in trouble and lose money.
