★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom estacionamento, coberto, vc leva a chave. Predio seguro. Com tranfert ida e volta para o Porto. Bom atendimento. Ótimo preço. Só faltou um espaço maior nas Vans para levar as malas. De resto tudo nota 10.

Já ao chegar quando fui me informar sobre pagamento, o funcionário realizou uma explicação rápida e confusa, quando questionei a resposta que obtive foi “não vou repetir pois estou perdendo meu tempo”. Outro funcionário que foi mostrar a vaga do carro como extrema ma vontade.
Ficamos uma hora e quinze minutos esperando a van que iria nos levar ao porto, em um local de extremo calor que não tinha uma circulação de ar ou um ventilador. E quando fui questionar a respeito do horário pois estava atrasada em relação ao embarque a resposta que obtive do funcionário foi “eu acredito que dará tempo de chegar antes do embarque terminar”.
A volta mais caótica ainda, ficamos uma hora e quarenta minutos, isso mesmo 1h40min esperando a van que levaria do Porto ao estacionamento e pasmem ainda voltei de uber pois não conseguimos mais aguardar a bendita van. Pois o local de espera era em uma meia calçada sem ao menos uma tenda. Ficamos 1 h 40 min a sol a pino na cabeça (desembarcamos as 11:30)!!!
Ah a estrutura física para o carro e boa. Em suma se você tiver disposto a aguentar grosserias e tiver tempo para aguardar a van tudo bem, caso contrário não caia nessa.
Teve uma família que fizemos amizade no cruzeiro que deixou em um tal de “Edinho park”, um estacionamento que fisicamente e mais modesto porém ao desembarcar já foram prontamente recepcionados pelos funcionários deles que carregaram a malas até o carro (esse estacionamento é só atravessar a rua, porém funcionários carregam sua mala e você não tem que aguardar nada) eles levaram 15 min do desembarque até estarem dentro do carro. Eu levei quase 2 horas e ainda tive que pagar uber.

When I arrived when I went to inquire about payment, the employee made a quick and confused explanation, when I questioned the answer I got was “I won't repeat it because I'm wasting my time”. Another employee who went to show the car spot as extremely unwilling.
We spent an hour and fifteen minutes waiting for the van that would take us to the port, in a place of extreme heat that had no air circulation or a fan. And when I went to ask about the schedule because I was late in relation to boarding, the answer I got from the employee was “I believe there will be time to arrive before boarding is over”.
The most chaotic ride yet, we stayed an hour and forty minutes, that's right 1h40min waiting for the van that would take us from Porto to the parking lot and we still got back from uber because we couldn't wait for the blessed van anymore. For the waiting place was on a half sidewalk without even a tent. We stayed 1 h 40 min in the sun with the pin on our heads (we disembarked at 11:30) !!!
Ah the physical structure for the car is good. In short, if you are willing to put up with rudeness and have time to wait for the van, that's fine, otherwise don't fall for it.
