★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Displicência seria o adjetivo correto para essa empresa. Sem nenhum comprometimento com seus fornecedores. Manda e-mail não respondem, liga para resolver algo no financeiro e fica empurrando o problema de uma funcionário para outro. Ainda tem muito que evoluir!!!
Slackness would be the right adjective for this company. No commitment to your suppliers. Send e-mail unresponsive, calls to solve something in the financial and is pushing the problem of an employee to another. There is still a lot to evolve !!!

Sou hoteleira e trabalho com a Trend. Não possuem canal de telefone para solucionar o problema, dizem que não tem uma pessoa responsável e também não respondem o e-mail. Se não trabalham bem com a parte hoteleira, imagino com seus clientes diretos... Não recomendo!!!

Sobre o financeiro e sua falta de organização e agilidade, sem comentários.
One of the best suppliers I've ever worked with, until it was acquired by the CVC group. The company became inflexible and one-sided in the negotiations, putting the travel agency and the customer at a complete disadvantage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível! Eles não se disponham a reembolsar (já ultrapassou do prazo informada por eles, sendo de 1 ano) mesmo que a Cia já tenha realizado o reembolso. Não retornaram a mim e nem a companhia intermediadora, além de mentiras, pois dizem não ter ciência nenhuma de débito em conta, mesmo com a Cia mandando o extrato do valor reembolsado. Não respondem nem no Procon.

Pra iniciar, já fiz várias viagens usando os serviços deles, inclusive eu tinha uma viagem marcada quando foram fechadas as fronteiras por conta da pandemia. Me foi entregue uma carta de crédito para usar os valores que eu havia desembolsado para essa viagem e tentei usar essa carta de crédito por 3 vezes, durante um ano e a empresa simplesmente ignorou todos os pedidos, exceto o último, que resolveram responder só depois da viagem já ter ocorrido. as desculpas foram as mais ridículas, até ataque hacker usaram como desculpa na primeira tentativa, nas outras nem deram um parecer. Entrei no Procon e essa empresa ignorou a audiência, passou mais de dois meses que o Procon deu de prazo para se pronunciarem e não deram a mínima satisfação. Agora estou tendo que ir no juizado especial. Fujam de fazer negócio com essa empresa.
I had a bad experience with this company. To start, I have already made several trips using their services, I even had a trip scheduled when the borders were closed because of the pandemic. I was given a letter of credit to use the amounts I had disbursed for this trip and I tried to use this letter of credit 3 times during a year and the company simply ignored all requests, except the last one, which they decided to answer only later of the trip has already taken place. the excuses were the most ridiculous, even a hacker attack they used as an excuse on the first attempt, in the others they didn't even give an opinion. I entered Procon and that company ignored the audience, it took more than two months that Procon gave a deadline to comment and they did not give the slightest satisfaction. Now I'm having to go to the special court. Avoid doing business with this company.
