 Great store, friendly attendants, whenever I go to the mall I stop by the store, I don't always buy something and even so my daughters and I are well attended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei um pouquinho insatisfeito com o produto que adquire na loja. Comprei o Chase (Patrulha canina) e perguntei a vendedora se o produto era o original, informou que sim. Depois que dei de presente vi que o produto não é original, comprei a Sky (Patrulha canina) na PB Kids e o produto que é original veio com etiqueta Nickelodeon e Sunny além do produto pela Trends ser diferente a qual a PB Kids vende originalmente.

Realmente no site da sunny o (Chase) é o original diferente a qual comprei com vocês.
I was a little dissatisfied with the product you buy at the store. I bought the Chase (Patrulha canina) and asked the seller if the product was the original, informed that it was. After I gave it away I saw that the product is not original, I bought Sky (Patrulha Canina) at PB Kids and the product that is original came with a Nickelodeon and Sunny label besides the product by Trends being different which PB Kids originally sells.

Very good store with a wide variety of toys. It is possible to find toys for babies, young people and adults (Like lego technic). I was very well attended and I would definitely come back to buy more!!

No dia 10 foi a segunda vez que fui na loja se informe com sua equipe.
De acordo com a lei você tinha que me devolver o dinheiro já que eu fiz a reclamação em menos de 7 dias da compra e isso vcs se negaram a fazer fiquei rendido a esperar já que na loja não tinha nada do meu agrado.
O carrinho que 3 vezes mais o valor eu mesmo falei que pagaria a diferença e pedi um desconto o qual nem se quer foi cogitado o valor do desconto e a resposta foi não...
Depois de 3 meses praticamente que me devolver o meu dinheiro.. e só chegou a isso porque eu chamei a polícia para fazer a ocorrência... da lei do consumidor...
Quando fez 1 mes eu falei para a gerente que o mesmo carrinho que comprei no ML tem a venda e ainda bem mais barato que paguei na loja. Falei para ela comprar e me entregar e nem queria a diferença e a resposta foi... Temos que aguardar a chegada do seu...
Referente a este que vc diz que é 3 vezes o valor no ML ele esta no preço do meu que comprei ai com vcs...
O mínimo que tinha que ser feito é terem me entregado já que a lei diz troca por um igual ou similar que tem a disposição na loja...

When it was 1 month ago I told the manager that the same cart I bought at ML is for sale and still a lot cheaper than I paid at the store. I told her to buy and deliver and I didn't even want a difference and the answer was ... We have to wait for her to arrive ...
Regarding this that you say is 3 times the value in ML it is in the price of mine that I bought there with you guys ...
The least that had to be done is to have given it to me since the law says exchange for an equal or similar that is available in the store ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive o desprazer de levar um brinquedo de RS600 para casa embrulhado. E receber um brinquedo usado, quebrado, cheio de escoriações. Retornei ao shopping e além de ter perdido meu tempo, acabado com as expectativas do meu filho e pagado por um novo estacionamento, não recebi se quer um pedido de desculpas da gerente da loja. Tudo lembra aquelas lojas de filme...onde as crianças ficam doidas olhando para todos os lados...
É pequena mas tem de tudo.
Atendentes muito simpáticas e atenciosas.
