Total disrespect to the customer, I placed the order and after 50 minutes waiting they canceled, I missed my lunch break and worse, they didn't even give me an explanation, they just left me without eating all day

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui comer hj no restaurante, além de desorganizado, ao comer uma lasanha tinha plástico dentro acabei comendo uma parte. Ao reclamar fui mal atendido e não tive a devolução do valor, apenas deixou eu pegar um outro prato. Perdi total vontade de comer, dando um valor menor ao anterior e para ter a devolução da diferença tive que esperar a boa vontade acabei comendo sem ter a diferença de volta.para compensar peguei sobremesa. No final sem vontade e passando mal foi tudo para o lixo. Lamentável!
I went to eat at the restaurant today, in addition to being disorganized, when eating a lasagna there was plastic inside I ended up eating part of it. When I complained, I was poorly attended and I didn't get a refund, they just let me get another dish. I lost total desire to eat, giving a lower value than the previous one and to have the difference refunded I had to wait for the goodwill I ended up eating without having the difference back. to make up for it I got dessert. In the end, unwilling and feeling sick, everything went to waste. Unfortunate!

Tasty thing, I'm vegetarian and there's a lot of variety, it just didn't get 4 stars because they started to put bacon and sausage on the beans, no choice of beans just with seasoning. Thanks
