★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olha, os alimentos até que são bonzinhos, mas o atendimento é péssimo! Os motoboys vivem trocando os pedidos, não acham o teu endereço demoram quase duas horas pra te entregar, já aconteceu de eu pedir pizza as 19h é eles me entregarem depois da meia noite! Eles dizem que tu tens direito a uma pizza depois do décimo pedido grátis, mas é incrível como sempre dá alguma coisa errado! Ou seja, se vc estiver com fome, mano, pede na forneira, ou compra lanche na esquina da tua casa!
 Look, the food is good, but the service is terrible! Motoboys live exchanging orders, they don't find your address, it takes almost two hours to deliver you, I happened to order pizza at 7pm and they deliver it after midnight! They say you are entitled to a pizza after the tenth free order, but it's amazing how something always goes wrong! That is, if you are hungry, bro, ask at the oven, or buy snacks on the corner of your house!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o pedido e deu 1 hora p/ entregar, blz (acima da média mas ok). Após 1h45m eu já estava em outro local terminando de jantar. Com mais de 2hrs (perto da meia noite) a entrega chega...claro que recusei e não indico p/ ninguém!
Obs: tentei contato via Whatsapp quando o prazo de uma hora acabou, só perguntaram meu nome e nada mais.
I ordered and gave 1 hour to deliver, blz (above average but ok). After 1h45m I was already in another place finishing dinner. With more than 2hrs (near midnight) the delivery arrives...of course I refused and I don't recommend it to anyone!
Note: I tried to contact via Whatsapp when the one-hour period ended, they only asked my name and nothing else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demorou uma eternidade pra chegar e quando chegou, além de o pedido vir errado (pedi marguerita, veio calabresa) a pizza veio meio crua, toda molenga, e com muito pouco recheio. Não recomendável não.
It took forever to arrive and when it arrived, in addition to the wrong order (I asked for a marguerita, it came with pepperoni) the pizza came half raw, all soft, and with very little filling. Not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima! Não indico para ninguém. Atendimento horrível, quando vamos entrar em contato no wpp, parece que estamos pedindo favor, parece que estamos pedindo esmola. Ao invés de facilitar a compra ou dar alternativas para resolver, eles só dificultam. Aplicativo não tem uma boa dinâmica e apresenta instabilidade nos cupons de descontos.
Bad experience! I don't recommend it to anyone. Horrible service, when we go to get in touch on wpp, it seems that we are asking for a favor, it seems that we are asking for alms. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cara, eu não aguento mais a demora da pizza, já passaram mais de duas horas do meu pedido e nada da pizza chegar e eles só sabem responder que a demanda está grande e que preciso aguardar.
Vamos melhorar nisso em consideração aos clientes.
Dude, I can't take the delay for the pizza anymore, it's been more than two hours since my order and still no pizza arrives and they only know how to answer that the demand is high and I need to wait.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi uma pizza às 21h e chegou só 1h da manhã, a pizza chegou gelada e o refrigerante quente, estava há horas pedindo meu dinheiro de volta e eles só falando que entendiam e não mandavam meu dinheiro, a pizza chegou e eles cortaram o valor da pizza pela metade, mas se não fosse pelo motoboy eu nem teria pagado a pizza, horrível! E aliás tem um péssimo atendimento, NÃO RECOMENDO!
I ordered a pizza at 9 pm and it arrived only at 1 am, the pizza arrived cold and the soda was hot, I had been asking for my money back for hours and they just said that they understood and they didn't send my money, the pizza arrived and they cut the price half pizza, but if it wasn't for the motoboy I wouldn't even have paid for the pizza, horrible! And by the way, it has a terrible service, I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
