Simplesmente me senti em casa atendimento impecável não deixa nada a desejar, sem contar a comida deliciosa, parece feita por vó ??.
Quero parabenizar o Marcelo e toda sua equipe, infelizmente estamos carente de estabelecimentos como este em franca.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das poucas vezes que estive não gostei do atendimento dos rapazes que ficam no caixa, nas 3 vezes que estive não ganhei se quer um obrigado e volte sempre e fui falar uma coisa sobre meu cartão de débito pro Senhor que estava no caixa e ele me deixou falando sozinho, até aí ok , aí depois que peguei a marmita voltei pra pedir uma salada e uma coca pro senhor novamente, e ele me deixou falando sozinho de novo, só levei a salada por que a moça que faz as marmitas Ja tinha feito, que aliás ela sim foi muito simpática e me atendeu muito bem, com uma cordialidade que nunca tinha visto antes em outro restaurante, ela sim que tinha que ficar no caixa e não a onde faz as marmitas! Mas isso é só minha opinião! Não tenho o que reclamar da comida, muito saborosa e a higiene do local e impecável, todo mundo de touca e até máscaras pra montar as marmitas e os pratos! Poderia até dar mais estrelas pelo quesito do sabor e do atendimento da moça! Mas a falta de cordialidade, simpatia, empatia e afeto dos rapazes me faz dar uma estrela para ressaltar ainda mais a melhoria deste fator no local! Voltarei mais vezes pela comida e espero ver evolução no atendimento!! Obrigado
Of the few times I've been I did not like the attendance of the guys who are in the box, the 3 times I've been I did not win if you want a thank you and come back and I went to say something about my debit card to the Lord that was in the box and he left me talking to myself, until then okay, then after I got the kettle I went back to ask for a salad and a coke for him again, and he left me talking to myself again, I just took the salad because the girl who makes the kettles had already done it, who, in fact, she was very nice and answered me very well, with a cordiality that I had never seen before in another restaurant, she did have to stay in the box and not where she makes the kettles! But that's just my opinion! I have nothing to complain about the food, very tasty and the hygiene of the place and impeccable, everyone in cap and even masks to assemble the kettles and the dishes! It could even give more stars for the taste and care of the girl! But the lack of warmth, sympathy, empathy and affection of the boys makes me give a star to highlight even more the improvement of this factor in the place! I will come back more often for the food and hope to see evolution in the service !! Thank you
