Quando o telefone não tá ocupado, tá desligado, seja no telefone disponibilizado pelo Maps, (31) 3307-1100, pelo 2116-3600 ou pelo 148, os dois últimos nem completam a ligação. O único telefone que chamou foi o da Ouvidoria, no entanto nem ele é atendido.
 I bet these positive comments must come from the employees themselves. There are two days trying to contact to resolve a situation. When the phone is not busy, it is turned off, whether on the phone provided by Maps, (31) 3307-1100, 2116-3600 or 148, the last two do not even complete the call. The only phone that called was the Ombudsman's Office, however neither he is answered.
