★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima loja, péssimo atendimento, se você não quer passar raiva não queira fazer encomenda. Eu fui fazer um pedido pelo whatsapp, e eles não respondem, você manda mensagem e eles nem aí. Eles só respondiam 1 ou 2 dias depois, e ainda só pq eu mandava outra cobrando resposta. Por fim, só faltava encerrar a compra e pagar, e eles fizeram o que?? Não responderam. A minha última mensagem foi dia 09 de janeiro, já é 21 de janeiro e não responderam e nem nada. Resumindo, não há importância da parte deles com o cliente, não dão atenção e não priorizam a satisfação do cliente.
Lousy store, lousy service, if you don't want to be angry don't want to place an order. I went to make a request through whatsapp, and they don't respond, you send a message and they don't care. They only responded 1 or 2 days later, and still only because I sent another one asking for a response. Finally, missing only terminate the purchase and pay, and they did what ?? They did not answer. My last message was on January 9th, it's already January 21st and they didn't answer or anything. In short, there is no importance on their part with the customer, they do not pay attention and do not prioritize customer satisfaction.
