I met two real estate brokers and both were very attentive. However the real estate could have a website. It would be much more practical for those looking for a property.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tivemos contato com apenas um corretor da empresa e foi decepcionante. Além da falta de proatividade do mesmo (até para tirar as fotos do imóvel para publicar), descobrimos posteriormente que o corretor diminuía e debochava do imóvel e proprietários para possíveis clientes além de apresentar diferentes valores aos mesmos. Após tirarmos nosso imóvel das mãos desse corretor (com bastante estresse e demora de mais de uma semana para reaver as chaves), nos ligaram contando a experiência com esse corretor e em mensagens trocadas, ele pedia 150mil num imóvel avaliado em 200mil e dizia que "a proprietária está sonhando alto naquela casa, pois está pedindo 180mil". Muita falta de profissionalismo e compromisso. Nesse comentário, deixo meu único agradecimento a Débora e a contadora (esqueci o nome, desculpe) que me ajudaram a reaver as chaves do imóvel depois de muito estresse. Mas diante da experiência no geral, não recomendo.

After we took our property from the hands of this broker (with a lot of stress and it takes more than a week to get the keys), they called us telling us the experience with this broker and in exchanged messages, he asked for 150 thousand in a property valued at 200 thousand and said that " the owner is dreaming big in that house, because she is asking for 180 thousand ". Much lack of professionalism and commitment. In that comment, I leave my only thanks to Débora and the accountant (I forgot the name, sorry) who helped me get the keys to the property after a lot of stress. But given the experience in general, I do not recommend it.
