Leve alimento e água, e traga de volta o lixo. É indicado calçados apropriados para caminhada e calça comprida. A good trail to get to know Muriaé from above. It is well marked and the owners are welcoming. On average 1 hour to go up. Easy level. Take food and water, and bring back the trash. Suitable walking shoes and long pants are indicated.

Tem muitas árvores e bancos para sentar e contemplar. Recomendo que levem água, café e biscoito. Pois ao chegar no topo da pedra costuma-se dar fome. Já que o percurso é de aproximadamente 4 k e una subidinha bem íngreme. Caso precisem de guia turístico estarei atendendo no instagram @nathan_valentim. Abraços ! A fabulous place, full of good views. Good place to take the family or go up with friends. Because the trail is all computerized with signs. There are lots of trees and benches to sit and gaze. I recommend that you bring water, coffee and biscuits. Because when you get to the top of the rock, you usually get hungry. Since the route is approximately 4 k and a very steep climb.
