★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bela trilha de 3km, dificuldade média pois tem subidas e calor úmido. A praia do sono tem vários bares, restaurantes e campings, é bem gostosa e estava tranquila no mês de novembro.
Beautiful trail of 3km, medium difficulty because it has climbs and humid heat. Sono beach has several bars, restaurants and campsites, it's very tasty and was quiet in November.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar das subidas, preparadas com degraus, é uma trilha fácil. Não requer navegação gps, pois é quase uma estrada desativada até determinado ponto. Ao final, tem alguns trechos de pedras, porém sem complicações. Deve-se levar em consideração que são +/- 3km de caminhada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fizemos esta trilha em menos de uma hora e meia. Mas não é nada fácil percorrer três quilômetros subindo ou descendo no meio da mata. Não leve crianças, use repelente, use tênis, leve água. A trilha tem partes muito lindas e a Praia do Sono tem os seus encantos.
We did this trail in less than an hour and a half. But it's not easy to travel three kilometers up or down in the middle of the forest. Don't bring children, use repellent, wear sneakers, bring water. The trail has very beautiful parts and Praia do Sono has its charms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fomos e janeiro de 2020. São 3,1 km de trilha que tem uma subida bem intensa, parece que não vai acabar nunca. Eu, meu marido e meu filho de 5 anos fomos despreparados sem saber que a trilha era tão grande... não somos trilheiros, mas resolvemos arriscar e fomos de chinelo, carregando um monte de coisas kkkk e só não levamos mais porque o rapaz onde estacionamos o carro avisou que não precisava. Encontramos alguns animais peçonhentos na trilha que deu um certo medo, mas seguimos. Mais ou menos no meio do caminho passamos por umas pedras que são rodeadas por água de alguma cachoeira e deu pra se refrescar um pouco, sim porque o calor estava muito forte no meio da mata, e encontramos também logo à frente uma árvore gigantesca com o tronco muito largo e outra que formava uma espécie de triângulo ao centro por cima de uma pedra e é lógico que paramos para tirar fotos contemplando a beleza da natureza... Logo depois começa a descida e finalmente avistamos o mar, uma imagem inesquecível de tão perfeita que até parece uma pintura. Ficamos por umas três horas apenas desfrutando dessa água límpida e deliciosa desse mar calmo que mais parece uma piscina natural e depois retornamos pra trilha chegando no final dela já anoitecendo. É muito cansativo o percurso de ida e volta nessa trilha, mas o visual e a praia vale muito a pena. Voltamos na praia do Sono em 2021, mas dessa vez pegamos um barco pra ir e voltar, mas o $ é bem salgado... mas de qualquer modo (a pé ou de barco) vale a pena o resultado. Dica pra ir pela trilha é usar tênis, levar uma mochila pequena com uma canga ou toalha, dinheiro pra comprar algo nos quiosques e muita água. Ir bem cedo e subir de volta por no máximo até as 15 horas... Um dia vou fazer essa trilha novamente, mas dessa vez vou preparada?
We were in January 2020. There are 3.1 km of trail that has a very intense climb, it seems that it will never end. Me, my husband and my 5-year-old son were unprepared without knowing that the trail was so big... we are not trekkers, but we decided to take a risk and went in slippers, carrying a lot of hahaha and we only didn't take it anymore because the boy where we parked the car warned that we didn't need it. We found some venomous animals on the trail that gave us a bit of fear, but we continued on. About halfway through, we passed some rocks that are surrounded by water from a waterfall and we were able to cool off a bit, because the heat was very strong in the middle of the forest, and we also found a gigantic tree with the a very wide trunk and another one that formed a kind of triangle in the center over a rock and, of course, we stopped to take pictures contemplating the beauty of nature... Soon after, the descent begins and finally we see the sea, an unforgettable image. perfect that even looks like a painting. We stayed for about three hours just enjoying this clear and delicious water of this calm sea that looks more like a natural pool and then we returned to the trail arriving at the end of it already getting dark. The round trip on this trail is very tiring, but the view and the beach are worth it. We went back to Praia do Sono in 2021, but this time we took a boat to go and back, but the $ is very salty... but anyway (on foot or by boat) the result is worth it. A tip for going on the trail is to wear sneakers, take a small backpack with a yoke or towel, money to buy something at the kiosks and lots of water. Go early and climb back up to 3 pm at the latest... One day I'll do this trail again, but this time I'll be prepared?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sensacional. A trilha é bem tranquila, cerca de 1h, e estruturada com sinalizações, corrimões e degraus. Há riachos em seu curso, animais e vistas incríveis. Ao fim da trilha, a beleza continua com a praia do sono. É recomendável ir de tênis e ter um repelente em mãos, além de água. Aos que vão de carro até o início da trilha, é cobrado estacionamento de R$30,00, mas há opção de ônibus municipal que para bem próximo ao local. Resumindo, vale muito a pena.
Sensational. The trail is very quiet, about 1h, and structured with signs, handrails and steps. There are streams in its course, animals and incredible views. At the end of the trail, the beauty continues with Praia do Sono. It is recommended to wear sneakers and have a repellent on hand, as well as water. For those who go by car to the beginning of the trail, there is a charge of R$30.00 for parking, but there is an option for a municipal bus that stops very close to the place. In short, it's really worth it.
