★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A trilha inicia no parque estadual de Cunhambebe, apresenta dificuldade leve, com belas cachoeiras e paisagens. Ao longo da trilha, há diversos pontos para banho com destaque para poço dos escravos e da borboleta. Mas acima, temos ainda o mirante que permite visualizar a parte de baixo da serra, incluindo o mar.
Aproveitem, vale apena conferir!!!
 The trail starts at Cunhambebe State Park, has a slight difficulty, with beautiful waterfalls and landscapes. Along the trail, there are several points for bathing, highlighting the slave and butterfly wells. But above, we also have the viewpoint that allows you to view the lower part of the mountain, including the sea.

Fui de bicicleta até o inicio da trilha mas tive dificuldade de ter onde prender a bicicleta.
Great trail, low degree of difficulty.
I went by bike to the beginning of the trail but I had difficulty having where to attach the bike.

Trail medium level low! I counted at least 5 points for bathing natural pools on the trail I didn't see waterfalls
