Você marca para atendimento domiciliar para tal hora, eles não chegam na hora, não te telefonam para dar satisfação, e depois ainda dizem que não encontraram sua casa, impossível, minha casa fica próximo a um Supermercado grande e na mesma calçada. Não quer se deslocar, informe que não fazem este tipo de serviço a domicilio.
Poor service, no customer commitment. You set up home care at such a time, they don't arrive on time, they don't call you for satisfaction, and then they say they haven't found your home, impossible, my home is next to a big supermarket on the same sidewalk.
