★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! Tem 6 anos meu processo de investigação de paternidade, deve ter pelo menos uns 3 anos que a advogada não liga, não dá retorno, a gente que tem que ir atrás verificar o processo, isso porque já tem DNA, tudo, e mesmo assim essa enrolação, falta de empatia com o cliente.
Terrible! My paternity investigation process has been 6 years old, it must have been at least 3 years since the lawyer does not care, does not give feedback, we have to go back and check the process, because it already has DNA, everything, and even so this stalling, lack of empathy with the customer.
