Excellent space, well equipped and all new, very attentive and trained teacher, concerned with the well being and health of all students. It changed my life in terms of pain, flexibility and other things. I highly recommend it, it's worth it !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Professora Laura é um amor de pessoa, super simpática, paciente e competente. Desde a primeira aula explica toda a história do Pilates e a finalidade de cada aparelho. Os aparelhos são novos, o ambiente é amplo e arejado. Os valores para os planos estão otimos. Em poucas aulas já sinto melhora nas dores dos joelhos.
Professor Laura is a loving person, super friendly, patient and competent. From the first class explains the whole history of Pilates and the purpose of each device. The appliances are new, the atmosphere is spacious and airy. The values for the plans are great. In a few classes I already feel an improvement in knee pain.

Eu sempre paguei academia pra não fazer, no Studio me sinto tão bem que só falto em casos extremos.. Amo esta equipe e minhas colegas de pilates e Funcional ?
Great service and monitoring, I no longer suffer from PMS in addition to having reduced weight and measurements my body is more defined .... Pilates is Life! I always paid for the gym not to do it, at the Studio I feel so good that I only miss out in extreme cases .. I love this team and my pilates and Functional colleagues ?
