★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde contatos previo via whatsapp tirei todas as duvidas e conseguir definir um roteiro com as minhas vontades e desejos, o que esperamos como veiculo, atendimento, horário foi superado.
o ponto alto desta empresa esta na atenção dada, a maneira de tratamento ao cliente, ganhamos um passeio da CVC não tem como comparar, ser cortejado nas ferias sem preocupação, sem espera ou atraso, tendo a liberdade de escolher os horários, fazer as paradas quando necessários,. não tem nota que demonstre minha satisfação e levando em conta custo beneficio.
Atitude do meu filho em perguntar se o Guia Fabio não poderia dirigir a van escolar dele, ficará gravado em nossa memória.
Minha família gostou demais, sem estresse, buscávamos ferias com tranquilidade e a trip driver nos permitiu. valeu Rodrigo..Cleiton, e Manuela.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Programamos uma viagem para Maceió para o dia 1 de maio. Optamos por um carro particular. Como estávamos em 5 pessoas precisava ser carro grande. Pela internet encontramos a trip drive e contatamos o Ricardo. Fomos muito bem atendidos via WhatsApp e após ler comentários decidimos fechar com ele.
Uma sorte incrível te lo encontrado.
Chegamos e Maceió e ele foi até o hotel onde estávamos para combinar os passeios.
Tudo maravilha. No dia seguinte lá estava o motorista Paulo um rapaz educadissimo e que conhecia muito bem todos os lugares que pretendíamos ir e mais alguns que nos indicou. Afinal ficou a nossa disposição o dia todo. Com horário de chegada no hotel mas sem pressa e horário de retorno.
Uma empresa fantastica com um atendimento de tirar o chapéu.
Voltaremos novamente e já sabemos quem procurar.
Recomendo e garanto a honestidade do que for combinado.

We scheduled a trip to Maceió for May 1st. We opted for a private car. As we were in 5 people it needed to be big car. We found the trip drive and contacted Ricardo. We were very well catered via WhatsApp and after reading reviews we decided to close with it.

We arrived and Maceió and he went to the hotel where we were to combine the tours.
Everything is wonderful. The next day there was the driver Paulo an educadissimo young man and who knew very well all the places that we wanted to go and some more that indicated us. After all, it has remained at our disposal all day. Arrival time at the hotel but without a hurry and return time.
A fantastic company with a heads up service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeiro vou agradecer a Trip Driver, obrigado por nos acolher de uma forma magnifica, entender o problema de chuva e fazer todo o esforço possível para chegar neste resultado que foi inacreditável, futuros clientes quando cheguei em JANEIRO foi uma decepção total, estava parecendo o inverso de são Paulo, tudo nublado, chovendo muito entramos em desespero, mas o Rodrigo sempre pedindo para nos acalmar, que o tempo iria melhor e com a quantidade de dias poderia remanejar os passeios e conseguiríamos conhecer Maceió conforme nossas expectativas, mas não confiei muito pensei que seria conversa de vendedor. Mas ele foi mudando os passeios e o tempo melhorou mesmo, na chuva era o dia de descanso e as vezes saímos na chuva e ao chegar no local estava sol, como ele nos prometia, não sei se foi sorte nossa ou dele, mas muito obrigado.

Não te conheço mas o que está fazendo e muita sacanagem, o pessoal da Trip Driver me mandou toda a conversa e os contratos firmados, VOCÊ É UMA VERGONHA, assim como ele me ajudou fez o mesmo por você e você pedir para a empresa aplicar multa, para você utilizar em sua mordomia Canalha, seja leal, não tem dinheiro para viajar então não viaje, curtir com dinheiro alheio é fácil, trabalhe e conquiste o seu quem sabe um dia consiga, mas da maneira mentirosa e sorrateira que está fazendo nunca chegará a tal ponto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratamos o serviço da empresa pensando na comodidade de ter um carro (com motorista) sem nos preocupar com demoras (pois em outros passeios que fizemos tínhamos que passar em 10 hotéis, pir exemplo, para que as empresas de receptivo pegassem todos os turistas) e termos maior conforto e autonomia em nossos passeios. Descobrirmos a trip drive pelo google e mediante as avaliações resolvemos solicitar orçamento e fechar 4 dias de passeios. Nesses 4 dias conhecemos 8 praias (coisa que não conseguiríamos fazer se tivéssemos fechado com receptivo). Desde o orçamento fomos super bem atendidos, o Rodrigo montou um roteiro, em cima da nossa necessidade. O guia que nos atendeu foi o Leandro e também não deixou a desejar. Foi super educado, atencioso e mega cuidadoso na direção. Já recomendei a empresa a uma pessoa do mesmo hotel que fiquei, quando estava em Maceió , e com certeza continuarei recomendando ;) vcs fizeram nossa viagem ainda mais perfeita. Nathalia e Anderson

I was in Maceió / Pajuçara, all my trips and transfers were made by the company TRIP DRIVER.
A serious, committed and responsible company. All of our tours were amazing and punctual, we delayed a few times and the staff waited patiently for us.
We were taken care of by the drivers Diego and Lucas, polite and helpful.
