★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa horrorosa, paga pessimamente mal, gestão a pior que já vi, almoço o pior em uma empresa que já vi, comida da obra é luxo perto deles, manutenção de máquinas só qdo quebra...EPI quase 4 km pra vc pegar e quase não tem carro pra ir.
Só é grande em extensão, mas pequena em qualidade parece fundo de quintal.
Engana muito quem vê pelo lado de fora a estrutura parece grande , mas não é.
Exigem infinitos cursos pra pagar 1200$ pra OPMC, 1800$ empilhadeira de de 10t a 18 t e rala pra caramba, a noite toda conferente trabalha que só um condenado, uma responsabilidade do caramba, atraca barco...pra ganhar menos de 2000$ reais.
O dono estava foragido uma época envolvido em escandalo de corrupção, passou no jornal e tudo.
Única coisa boa alguns amigos que fiz lá, gente honesta trabalhador.
 Horrible company, badly paid, management is the worst I've ever seen, lunch is the worst in a company I've ever seen, food on the job is luxury near them, machine maintenance only when it breaks ... EPI almost 4 km for you to get and almost there's no car to go.
It is only large in size, but small in quality it looks like a backyard.
It is very misleading to see the outside, the structure looks large, but it is not.
They require infinite courses to pay 1200 $ for OPMC, 1800 $ forklift from 10t to 18 and you work like hell, the whole night the lecturer works that only one convict, a huge responsibility, docks the boat ... to earn less than 2000 $ reais .
The owner was on the run for a time involved in a corruption scandal, he was in the newspaper and everything.
Only good thing some friends I made there, honest hardworking people.

Nunca atrasaram um pagamento, ambiente de trabalho bom, escala na época era 4x4(não sei agora), trabalhei 7 anos na empresa e o salário era bem atrativo, fiz bastante curso na empresa, tive algumas promoções(fui promovido a operador de guindaste), vi muito ajudante crescer dentro da empresa, alguns promovidos a operador, conferente, supervisor, apontador e etc...
Tem seus pontos negativos como toda empresa, mas os pontos positivos são maiores. Quando fui desligado me pagaram tudo certinho e sem enrolação.
One of the best companies I've ever worked with. They never delayed a payment, a good work environment, the scale was 4x4 at the time (I don't know now), I worked 7 years at the company and the salary was very attractive, I did a lot of training at the company, I had some promotions (I was promoted to a crane operator) , I saw a lot of helpers grow inside the company, some promoted to operator, lecturer, supervisor, scorer and etc ...
It has its negative points like every company, but the positive points are bigger. When I was disconnected, they paid me everything neatly and without trouble.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive bons amigos só que ADM antiga que não deu muita oportunidade para que prolongasse minha estadia e de alguns amigos mais gostei muito de trabalhar nessa empresa e gostaria do voltar a essa grande empreendimento!
I had good friends, but old ADM didn't give me much opportunity to extend my stay and some friends I enjoyed working in this company and I would like to return to this great undertaking!

Aliás eu faço meu trabalho com dedicação e gosto do que faço..portanto eu não trabalho eu me divirto..o que importa pra mim é o que a empresa quer: RESULTADO..
NAO IMPORTA SE 2X2 E DIFERENTE DE 3+1 OU 5-1 Afinal o Resultado será aquele que a empresa exige 4...sem contar com o amanhecer é uma visão espetacular....
I've been working at this company for almost 3 months and I have nothing to complain about...salary always on time and when it falls weekend it's early, great breakfast, lunch, cool guys..drivers too...for now and Só Alegria rsss
In fact, I do my job with dedication and I like what I do..so I don't work, I have fun..what matters to me is what the company wants: RESULTS..
IT DOESN'T MATTER IF 2X2 IS DIFFERENT FROM 3+1 OR 5-1 After all, the result will be what the company requires 4...not to mention the dawn is a spectacular sight....
