Entrei em contato com o suporte pelo whatsapp as 14h e só as 19h fui atendida! Péssima internet, péssimo atendimento e ZERO respeito ao cliente. A pior empresa de internet de Ubatuba.
Terrible attendance! In less than 1 month that I hired the internet, there were 2 "technical problems", and I was the one who paid for the 2 days without use! I contacted support via whatsapp at 2 pm and only at 7 pm I was answered! Bad internet, bad service and ZERO respect for the customer. The worst internet company in Ubatuba.

Me obrigam a comprar um produto para poder ter outro. Já entrei em contato uma vez e se fizeram de desentendidos. Se tiver algum advogado aí, vê se eu não estou viajando...
Como em Ubatuba parece que a galera não liga muito, eles continuam fazendo isso com seus clientes e a cara nem chega a tremer.
I pay R$99 monthly and receive an Invoice of R$59. The rest of the amount is "Benefits" from products that I don't use, that is, cross-selling, which is considered a crime.
They force me to buy one product in order to have another. I already contacted them once and they played the misunderstanding. If there's a lawyer there, make sure I'm not traveling...
As in Ubatuba it seems that people don't care much, they keep doing this with their customers and the face doesn't even shake.
